• The Client acknowledges that Rest the Wild will uphold their case in confidentiality and discretionary.

• The Client confirms that they will not share their child’s sleep plan or its content with any third party without Rest the Wild permission to do so. By sharing the plan, it may not be in the third party’s best interest for the child as these plans are customised to each child’s needs.

Information we collect

Rest the Wild will collect typical personal information including name, address, phone number, email address.

Rest the Wild will use the Client's personal information to create an online registration, to record and process their package for general communication. Rest the Wild does not sell or rent personal information to third parties.

Communication tools

Rest the Wild will communicate with the Client by email and whatapp (call, text).

Providing information

The Client agrees that Rest the Wild may provide any personal information it collects about them to its related companies (as defined in section 2(3) of the Companies Act 1993), debt collection and credit reference agencies and any other parties it deems necessary in relation to providing them access to this website, for any services from Rest the Wild, to recover any money they owe to Rest the Wild and to exercise any lawful right Rest the Wild, its related companies or debt collection and credit reference agencies may have. The Client also authorises any person to provide Rest the Wild with such information as Rest the Wild may require in response to credit enquiries.

Severability

If any provision of this Privacy Policy is held to be invalid, void, unenforceable or illegal for any reason, such provision shall be deemed to be severed from this Privacy Policy and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
